B-BOYS BREAKDOWN 6
02.07.2006 – “Universiada†Hall - Sofia, Bulgaria
B-BOYS BREAKDOWN is an open Bboy/Bgirl competition, in that crews, from all over the world, practicing B-boying a.k.a. Breakdance, Poppin', Lockin' and all their varieties, can participate.
The registration will be through Electric Force website (http://www.electricforce.net – B-Boys-Breakdown part) with the official registration form, announced for BBBD6.
B-BOYS BREAKDOWN is an open breakdance championship for crews (maximum 10 crews), maximum number b-boys in each crew – 6, which will be choused on the basis of their skills among all registered crews in the appointed time limit.
B-BOYS BREAKDOWN 6 will be put through on 1st and 2nd of July 2006
in “Universiada†Hall, Sofia, Bulgaria.

Competition for breakdance crew and solo dancers – One vs. One in “poppin†and “bboyin’†styles.
Competition for breakdance crews:
Pre-elimination battles and knock-out battles (between 8 crews) – quarter-final, semi-final and final. All battles will be 10 minutes time-limited, except final battle – which will be between 15 and 20 minutes time-limited.
Six crews will be invited directly to the knock out battle in the Main event without pre-elimination battles.
Other four choused crews must go through pre-elimination battles to determine the last 2 crews, which will make the 8 teams group for the knock-out battles.
Pre-elimination battles
They will be carried out with no winners in certain battle; only 2 crews, estimated by the jury will be chosen to join the 8 groups for the knock-out battles, even if they both were in same battle. The aim here is – all abilities and the highest dancing potential of every crew to be demonstrated here. Just bring your skills here!!!
Competition “One vs. One†in poppin’ and bboyin’ styles:
Pre-elimination battles and knock-out battles (between 8 bboys/poppers) – quarter-final, semi-final and final. All battles will be 2 round limited (2 appearances of every dancer in the battle) except final battle, which will be 3 rounds limited.
Six bboys/popperes will be invited directly in the competition without pre-elimination battles. Other 4 chosen bboys/popperes must go through pre-elimination battles to determine the last 2 dancers, which will complete the first 6, to form a group of 8, which will take the knock-out battles between them.

They will be carried out between 4 bboys/poppers with no winners in certain battle; only 2 bboys/poppers, will be chosen to join the 8 groups for the knock-out battles, even if they both were in same battle. The aim here is – all abilities and the highest dancing potential of every bboy/popper to be demonstrated here.

All battles and competition will be carefully and fair-minded by special invited international jury on the basis of following criteria:
rhythm, musicality
scene behavior and presence
originality, creativity
expressiveness, endorsement
combinatory and body control
aesthetic, cleanness, perfectives, easily and move completeness
top rocks, footworks, powermoves, freezes, etc.
And the most important - any physical contact between all rivals during the competition is strictly prohibited and will lead to disqualification (battle loss) of the crew, which member made it.
All jury decision will be opened and will be taken right after every battle with left or right hand lifting and pointing exactly at the side of the winning crew.
